A new real-time app to find help or service nearby & get paid – feedback wanted

Hi everyone 👋

I’m working on a real-time hyperlocal service & help mobile application.

The invisible gap is everywhere:

  • Suppose you need an electrician – there might be one just 1 km away, but you don’t know.
  • A plumber could be free in your lane, but you end up calling someone far away.
  • A student may be looking for a teacher, but can’t find the one nearby.

The truth is: we don’t lack skills – we lack real-time visibility & instant trust.

That’s what we’re trying to solve.

It’s the real-time hyperlocal mobile application, where people not only connect but also solve problems, create works, and get paid.

👉 This app makes those people visible in real-time.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Search nearby (within 2–2.5 km) for tutors, plumbers, electricians, delivery help, and many other daily needs.
  • Connect instantly with available people through call, SMS, or video (with consent).
  • Privacy is safe → you see only the distance, not exact location.
  • Earn money → if you can help with a skill or task, others can pay you.
  • Trust system → every profile has a Trust Score and optional ID verification.
  • Local impact: Unlocks nearby skills, creates jobs, and boosts local economic opportunity.

✨ In short: One person gets their need solved, the other gets paid for the work.

I’d love your feedback:

  1. Would you personally use such an application for daily needs or to get paid through local works?
  2. Do you think real-time visibility can actually solve this “invisible gap”?
  3. What risks or challenges do you see in making this work?

Your honest feedback will help refine the product 🙏

Thanks in advance!

Like a localized urban clap? It will work surely but places like these are a double edged sword. You need the vendor and customer both registered at the same time.

If enough exposure is done then surely would work, and would wanna try it out for emergencies.
