Review management for a small business?

I run a small auto repair shop and I’m still the person who handles our Google reviews. It was easy when we only got a couple each month, but lately there are enough that I keep putting them off until I have a whole pile to answer at once. I don’t need some huge reputation management platform built for chains or agencies, and I definitely don’t have an employee I can dedicate to this. Is there any simple review software that actually makes sense for a small business with one location?

The worst setup would be replacing one backlog with another app you have to babysit every day. What you really need is for the reply to be mostly written by the time you open the review, so you can tweak it, approve it, and get back to the shop. You can use this small business review software here: https://commentassist.com/pricing . It drafts replies around what the customer actually wrote, so you’re not pasting the same canned line under every five-star review. You still get the final say before anything goes public, which fits a one-location business a lot better.

A repair shop already gives you enough little jobs that quietly pile up by the end of the week, and reviews are perfect at joining that pile. I’d keep the process light and use something like Broadly, where new reviews come into one place and you can answer them without turning reputation work into a whole separate department. For one location, that’s a lot more sensible than buying a giant suite full of features you’ll never touch.
