Samved: The shift was driven by my passion for innovation and problem-solving. In the classroom, I saw the power of nurturing creativity and realized I could extend that impact by building real-world solutions. Founding Samved Techlab allowed me to bring the same values – mentorship, collaboration, and excellence into the business world.
Starting Samved Techlab with my former students has evolved our relationship into one of collaboration. Their alignment with our core values and fresh perspectives have been crucial to our growth, while our strong foundation of trust and mentorship helps drive innovation and keeps our vision aligned.
The main challenge was shifting from academia to business, especially managing operations and leading in a fast-paced environment. A key lesson was balancing creativity with practicality to ensure innovation aligned with business goals.
