We're the NOS Workspace team. For founders sending a proposal or project brief as HTML, the handoff needs a little more than a good-looking desktop preview.
Here's a checklist you can use with any HTML workflow:
Keep the document self-contained where possible. Put the CSS in the file and check whether images or fonts depend on local folders that the recipient won't have.
Test a narrow screen before sharing. A wide table or fixed-width panel can make a short brief difficult to read on a phone. We tested a small, single-file brief in the NOS phone preview today to check that its heading, scope and deadline stayed readable.
Make the next action clear. A useful brief says what is included, what is excluded and which date or decision needs approval. Use a fictional example while testing; don't publish client details to a public community.
Separate preview from delivery. Seeing a file in your own browser doesn't mean somebody else can open it. Open the actual saved sharing link in a logged-out browser before handing it over.
NOS lets you paste HTML, edit visible text and save it as a sharing link. The homepage preview works without signing in; saving a link requires an account. Recipients don't need an account to read the shared page. The free plan supports three active links.

If you already send HTML proposals, which part of the handoff creates the most confusion: opening the file, mobile layout or keeping revisions in sync? Feedback on that specific workflow would help us prioritize.
