Google is current market leader for all things cloud, but they haven't penetrated the desktop apps for office suite yet. But yeah maybe after this people will move to Google.

My co-founder is from non-techincal background. we knew each other for long time and he pitched the idea of desifounder. So to answer your question, you have to find someone who is from technical background and most importantly, they connect with the idea.
Maybe try reaching people whom you know and would be open to work on your ideas. 😃
